Chris Jefferies of Motor Boat & Yachting Magazine included a fantastic full-page article on Wayne’s Liferaft Challenge in the May issue, on sale now. The article introduces Wayne’s collaboration with Dr Joe Costello from the Department of Sport & Exercise Science at Portsmouth University, who’ll be on hand to measure how Wayne’s body reacts and changes during the challenge, taking regular BMI, urine, and blood sugar tests. Dr Costello hopes to make people think more about sea safety.

Wayne will be spending 7 days in a life raft in Portland Harbour…) We’re grateful to Echo reporter Alex Peace, who says, “A ‘serial fundraiser’ will push himself to his limits as he spends seven days and nights in a life raft in Portland Harbour…”
